Cash-Back Rebate Program!

Here's a question for Sacramento Valley Real Estate Buyers... You buy a $425,000 home and your real estate agent offers you a choice of a "house warming gift". You choose...

Fruit Basket House Plant $2,943.75

Receive a cash rebate when you purchase a home or condo (including new construction).

Brock Real Estate is doing its part to help the economy by helping buyers and sellers! Our cash back program allows our clients to use this money to buy anything they want to! It can be used to help pay for closing costs. In most cases I can get the seller to pay the buyers closing costs so that is even less money you’ll need to pay. The rebate can go for whatever you want. How about a new washer & dryer? Pay a painter to repaint the home, take a vacation, whatever you want!

We can do this because we are a local Real Estate firm, not a corporate franchise! The big box brand name companies charge their local franchise owners up to 10% for using the “Brand” name. Each agent or Realtor works on a split of the total earned commission. Top agents get from 70 to 80% of that. Its the Realtor that helps you find the property or sells it, not the "Brand" name big box company. Because we are not a “Brand” big box company we can pass those fees on to our clients.

We represent you throughout the entire buying and contract process as your exclusive Buyer's Agent. We make sure you get the right house at the right price. Remember, there is no cost to the Buyer to have us assist them in a purchase of a home. We are available 7 days a week to show homes, answer questions and provide step-by-step guidance.

Is a Home Buyer Rebate legal? Brock Real Estate encourages you to check with the Dept. of Justice and read more about this exciting opportunity! Please visit their website at:

Brock Real Estate feels by rebating those fees back to our clients that we, in our small way, are helping our economy by putting some extra cash in your hands to spend on other durable goods. That way you’ll be out buying things that will help put some good people, maybe your friends or family, back to work.

Let's use this for an example, "$425,000 for the home at a 3% commission = $12,750 to my office. We deduct our hard cost to run our business, which is $500.00 office overhead, $325 transaction coordinator fee and $150.00 E&O insurance. This equals $975.00. Our office receives $11,775 from the escrow holder. At 25% cash back you receive $2,943.75 after the close of escrow.
